Renaissance Paris Arc De Triomphe Hotel

Great location in the heart of Paris, close to restaurants and attractions like Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Spacious rooms with excellent sound isolation and comfortable beds. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

Guests mentioned that the rooms are spacious and come with smart TVs and Ethernet hookup for laptops. The service provided by the staff was highly praised, with the concierge going above and beyond to secure skip-the-line tickets for popular attractions. The breakfast buffet was generally good and met guests' needs.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from major tourist attractions. the breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious.

The concierge/ navigator desk was extremely helpful, coordinating the retrieval of misplaced items and providing restaurant recommendations and reservations. The front desk staff was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in experience was excellent, with a special mention to Frankie who went above and beyond. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and nearby metro stations.

This hotel is located in a great area of town to explore-both near the Arc de Triomphe as well as near the metro. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with nice bathrooms and nightly turndown service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order eggs. The concierge service is helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located for transportation around the city.

Some staff members were indifferent and gave vague answers when asked for information about points of interest and navigation tips.

My husband, three children, and I recently stayed at Renaissance and had a fantastic experience. The location was superb, with the Arc de Triomphe just a stone's throw away. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the round-the-clock room service was a great convenience. But what truly set Renaissance apart was the incredibly helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm greeting at check-in to their constant assistance during our stay, we felt well taken care of. I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance and would highly recommend it.

Great staff, provided travel advice and booked plans. Upgraded to a room with windows and sunlight. Close to Champs Elysees and Arc De Triomphe. Lots of attractions nearby. Convenient location, near metro and RER stations. Comfortable beds and frequent supplement refills. Good breakfast variety and quality. Excellent parking assistance.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities such as a sun terrace and private facilities. the room advantages were impressive, with beautiful views and high-quality furnishings. the restaurant provided a fantastic in-room breakfast with a variety of special diet menus available.

The only minor issue was the snack bar, which lacked variety and was slightly overpriced. this did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel offered a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque view of the Haussmann rooftops.
