Great location in the heart of Paris, close to restaurants and attractions like Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Spacious rooms with excellent sound isolation and comfortable beds. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

The concierge/ navigator desk was helpful, coordinating the retrieval of misplaced items and providing restaurant recommendations and reservations. The front desk staff was cute and pleasant. The check-in experience was excellent, with a special mention to Frankie were very good. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and nearby metro stations.

This hotel is located in a great area of town to explore-both near the Arc de Triomphe as well as near the metro. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with nice bathrooms and nightly turndown service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order eggs. The concierge service is helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located for transportation around the city.

Some staff members were indifferent and gave vague answers when asked for information about points of interest and navigation tips.

The staff at this hotel were very nice! They were warm, friendly, and were great too make our stay nice. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, and the bathroom was a delight with plenty of amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to famous landmarks and close to metro stations. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of items, especially the mouthwatering croissants.

The location was superb, with the Arc de Triomphe just a stone's throw away. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the round-the-clock room service was a great convenience. But what set Renaissance apart was the helpful staff. They were really good too ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm greeting at check-in to their constant assistance , we felt well taken care of. I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance and would highly recommend it.

Convenient location, near metro and RER stations. Comfortable beds and frequent supplement refills. Good breakfast variety and quality. Excellent parking assistance.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities such as a sun terrace and private facilities. the room advantages were impressive, with beautiful views and high-quality furnishings. the restaurant provided a fantastic in-room breakfast with a variety of special diet menus available.

The only minor issue was the snack bar, which lacked variety and was slightly overpriced. this did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel offered a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque view of the Haussmann rooftops.
